Automatic Napkin Folding Machine

The napkins are first folded by the folding machine, then automatically counted and stacked into predetermined quantities.These stacks are rotated and transferred onto a conveyor belt, which transports them one by one to the automatic packaging machine for wrapping.

This production line operates fully automatically, eliminating manual tasks such as paper separation, placement, and packaging, as the entire process is machine-controlled. Consequently, only two workers are required:Worker 1: Operates and monitors the folding machine, including material reloading.Worker 2: Oversees the counting/stacking device and conveyor belt, while also performing on-site quality inspection to ensure product integrity.
