Production line layout

The production line covers an area of about 100 square meters, the factory uses electricity not less than 50 kilowatts, need to be equipped with 8 cubic air compres
Can accommodate the production of the largest diameter 1500mm base paper.
Production process: The folding rollers and other components are led to the folding section; the semi-finished paper strips after folding are folded by the automatic folding mechanism, and the folding tail and other processes; the semi-finished paper strips after folding are sent to the post-processing section through the conveying system for pre-pressing and shaping and other processes; the processed semi-finished paper strips will be automatically sent to the large rotary paper cutter for cutting.
Splitting Times: Every 100 sheets as one piece, can split 6-9 pieces per minute
